§ 54-37. Application.

Latest version.

A person shall file an application with the building official on forms provided by the city. An application for a sign permit shall include a drawing to scale of the proposed sign and all existing signs maintained on the premises and visible from the right-of-way, a drawing of the lot plan or building facade indicating the proposed location of the sign, and sign specifications.
